    Frequently Asked Questions

    Delivery & Returns of standard items;

    All deliveries are made by our courier, currently APC. They provide a next day service across Mainland UK. If however you are located offshore, or in Northern Ireland delivery will be via Parcel Force so please allow up to 14 days in this instance.
    Should you wish to return an item, please contact us before returning items. If the item is damaged or faulty you will be offered a replacement.
    If the item is simply "unwanted" the cost of returning the item will be at the buyers expense, it must be received in a resalable condition at which point a full refund will be given for the cost of the item.

    If my Order isn't arrived what do I do?

    In the unlikely event of the order not arriving, we ask that you check with your local depot initially.
    For APC deliveries you will be provided with a courier consignment number which you can use on the APC website to locate your parcel.
    For Royal Mail (parcel force) despatch this will be your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
    Should you still experience difficulties please do contact us.

    Can you Gift Wrap my Order?

    Absolutely we can, just select the Gift Wrap Service from the list of items for sale, and rest assured your item will be gift wrapped prior to despatch.

    I would like Drainage Holes adding, is this possible?

    I am not able to add drainage holes to the Planters or Window Boxes any longer, they aren’t really needed. Please do remember that the planters in most cases are only fixed on 1 base edge, and loose on the other 3 so drainage holes are unnecessary hence not offered as standard.

    Custom and personalised orders

    I can certainly do custom orders, please be aware however, the material may need to be ordered in especially so the price may be more than the planters in the shop, also I am not a robot so please allow a degree of tolerance with the measurements -/+5mm I do may best but sometimes the metal doesn’t play ball :)
    Obviously, unless a serious error has been made, or damage in transit custom orders are non returnable.
